| LOSING YOUR GRIP? (Sarah Bakefelt) | |||
|
If you are
re-gripping your club or losing your grip at the top of the swing, place a tee under the muscle of your left hand touching the grip and holding on to the tee and grip. Swing your club, and if the tee falls out you know you are
losing your grip.
Practice swinging with the tee till you get the feeling of not letting go. This may also help you not bring the club back so far which may be causing letting go of the handle. |
