How do you turn a pull into a draw?
Also, how do you turn a fade into a draw? Feel and real are two different
things. At impact and the follow through what should I feel when I want to
hit the ball straight and a draw? Thank you! |

"Hi Ron. This is a very common problem amongst amateur
golfers. The major problem that would need to be corrected is an
improper path thru impact. A pull and a fade are typically both
caused by a path coming from outside the target line, to inside
the target line. With this type of path, if you release the club,
you end up with a pull; if you "hold on" to the club,
you get a shot that starts left and fades back to the right. The
corrective measure would be to get the path coming from the
inside-to down the line-to inside. This would encourage a shot
that would start to the right and draw back to the target. It's a
great question, a common problem, and I hope this helps you out!"
